RUPANGI PATEL PT, Cert. MDT
Director of Rehabilitation Services
Rupangi Patel is the co-founder and director of Physical Therapy Solutions Group Inc. She has over 30 years of clinical experience and has extensive experience in evaluation and treatment of patients with vestibular and balance disorders. Rupangi is a member of Natus International Organization who provides cutting edge technology and research in the treatment of patients with balance disorders. She has also collaborated with Dr. Timothy Hain, the leading authority on vestibular rehab in the nation. Her advanced training and certification in the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis helps her expertly treat back, neck, and extremity ailments.
She has been servicing the NW Suburbs of Chicago since 1990. When she opened Physical Therapy Solutions in 2005, her passion for helping patients with vertigo and balance disorders became a reality.

JULIE VONCKX PT, Cert. MDT
Orthopedic, Neurological & Vestibular Rehabilitation Consultant
Julie received her physical therapy degree from Marquette University in 1985. She has worked in various hospital and out-patient settings in the Northwest Suburbs. She joined Physical Therapy Solutions in 2016.
Orthopedics and spinal dysfunctions are her areas of special interest and expertise. Julie is credentialed with the McKenzie Institute International for Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of spinal disorders.

EESHA GOSHALIA PT
Orthopedic, Neurological & Vestibular Rehabilitation Consultant
After receiving her Masters Degree Eesha has spent over 6 years dedicating her time to the well being of others. Having been extensively trained by the areas expert in vestibular rehabilitation she is now a seasoned physical therapist.
Her interests include vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic care and neuromuscular conditions. She looks forward to improving the quality of life through manual therapy and functional activities in her patients.

AKSHAY GUPTA, HAND THERAPIST

If you’re experiencing pain in your hand, wrist or arm, I can help! With 32 years of experience I can assure the best outcome for patients in need of this specialized care. I am certified in several clinical treatment techniques including Graston. My specialty is fabricating custom static and dynamic splints to fit your needs. I am skilled in evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, general medical and surgical conditions, and neurological conditions.

KENNETH BROWN PTA
Orthopedic, Neurological & Vestibular Rehabilitation Consultant
Ken has experience in providing therapeutic care to out-patient and home health patients. He is skilled at orchestrating a variety of modalities including: Ultrasound, Diathermy, E-Stim, PENS and IFC.
Ken has a passion for working with people who have a variety of disorders from Dementia, Parkinson's, Scoliosis, Polio, CVA, MS, LBP and generalized weakness
In his spare time he enjoys creating art and visiting art shows.

ILONA KRASON PTA

Ilona graduated from Nassau Community College, Garden City, NY in 2013. Her clinical experience includes geriatrics, orthopedics and neurology. Ilona started practicing as a physical therapist assistant in 2013 in orthopedic clinic specialized in spine injuries.
It is her goal to create a positive healing experience for patients by taking time to understand each patients as an individual. Ilona is bilingual in Polish and English. She has recently relocated to Chicago suburbs with her family.

MARVE SABARRE PTA

Marve graduated from Elgin Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant with clinical experiences in a skilled nursing facilities, post-surgical outpatient rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Marve aspires to provide the best treatment on a professional and personal level. He finds gratification in taking part in the healing process. Prior to becoming a therapist, he took an early interest in both balance and exercise through years of various Martial Arts training.
